Charlotte Fleming is an experienced practicing family law attorney in Tennessee. Despite being skeptical about Mediation at the beginning, she became listed as a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator in 2001. After many mediations and now as a state-wide trainer for new mediators, Charlotte believes mediation is the most cost effective and efficient private way to resolve family law disputes without going to Court.
When not mediating or practicing law, she can be found boating, collecting antiques and playing with her yellow lab Jack Daniels. She is the mother of two grown and successful children.

Tarsila Reybitz Crawford has been a family law attorney in Middle Tennessee for a number of years. In 2018, she decided to shift her focus to assist parties in settling their cases rather than participating in costly Court trials for parties to get divorced. Tarsila became a Listed Rule 31 Family Mediator to assist parties to come to an agreement and avoid the emotional as well as financial expense of divorce or family law trials.
Tarsila is able to conduct bilingual mediations in English and Spanish as well as Portuguese. Tarsila also guest teaches with Charlotte in the 46 hour Rule 31 Mediation Course. Tarsila enjoys mentoring new mediators to build their business and develop a passion for mediation.

Tarsila’s goal is to elevate mediation in Tennessee by conducting bilingual mediations and training bilingual mediators.
