Fleming Mediation Training offers 46-Hour Rule 31 Family Law Mediation Training, 16-Hour Domestic Violence Special Certification, and 6-Hour Continuing Mediation Education each year. The 46-hour participants are required to determine their eligibility with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission of TN, and we invite eligible non-lawyers as well as Family Law attorneys to participate. All Courses are open statewide, with in-person role play as required by the TN ADRC.

Charlotte Fleming is a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator and Skilled ADRC approved trainer with over 35 years of practice as a Family Law Attorney in Middle Tennessee. Charlotte is the founder of The Fleming Law Firm and Mediation Center, now Fleming-Wilmoth Law Firm. Charlotte taught Alternative Dispute Resolution at Austin Peay State University for nearly a decade and is licensed as a Family Law Mediation trainer with Domestic Violence Special Designation in Tennessee.
